I have great pleasure in announcing that at the next panards dance
evening we will hold a VERY short AGM (even shorter and better than
ever before).  That will be the 16th of June, part way through the
evening.
We will quickly tell you what we've spent your money on, remind you
what we've all been doing for the last year and talk a bit about what
we'd like to do in the year to come.  Please come along on the 16th of
June and make your contribution, and let us know if you could become
more involved in helping to run the club. We're dancing from 8pm as
usual and then AGMing later on.

Festival 2005
The dates for our festival this year are the 14th-16th of October
2005.  We plan to have some great music and dance for you again this
year with more south-western French stuff, more great dance music,
bands from France and more....

Dance evenings
You may not have noticed that we've subtly changed the format for our
dance evenings - teaching new dances at the beginning of the evening
(from 8pm) while the musicians practice and doing more dancing and
less teaching later on.  Thanks go to all the regular members who have
taken a bigger role helping newcomers to learn the dances, and to the
musicians who are coming on well with more opportunities to play - we
plan to stick with this format, not really teaching the bourree,
scottish, etc but just quickly demonstrating if needs be.  Any
feedback/comments much appreciated.

Music evenings 
If you've not yet made it to the Chemic on the First Monday of the
month then please come along - it's going very well with a nice
relaxed atmosphere and a chance to get to know one another as well as
to play a few tunes (for those who do).
We meet up every 1st Thursday of the month at 8.30pm at the Chemic
pub, Johnston Street, Woodhouse, Leeds LS6 2NG
