I have just got details of the Newby hall event this Sunday (25th).  Things
start from 11am and they'd like us to do 3 sessions: 11, 1 and 3pm.  There
will be time in-between to wander off and see the stalls and the hall.  If
we get a good number along then people should be able to each do, say, 2 out
of 3 sessions with me, Gwen and Geoff doing all 3.  We'll be playing music
and encouraging people to dance.  Panards T-shirts are optional!

Tell them at the gate that you're from Les Panards Dansants and you'll get
in free.  My mobile number is 07969 987762 if you have any problems.

(I'm still waiting for details on the 14th of July - I'll let you know)

We will inform our ticket office that you are arriving, and so you will be

I've had an excellent response from dancers and musicians wanting to come
along and help out on the 25th - can you give me more details of timing +
what's going on, and whether we need to give you names of everyone coming
along from the group?

Sorry Laura - I was just trying to find your last email to reply to it.

We'd still love to be a part of things - We dance in modern dress and we can
teach a mix of nice easy dances that people will enjoy joining in with and
we hope to have some of our amateur musicians along to provide some
atmosphere.  We would like �120 to cover our travel costs, etc.

Also there is an excellent melodeon player available that afternoon - he
would like �100 for his time including expenses.  He can provide music for
the dancing and also plays a mix of French caf� style tunes so he can
provide a really nice 'ambience' between the dancing.

We also have an excellent celtic harpist available if that is suitable - if
there is a smaller, quieter space alongside. I can ask her about pricing if
you're interested.
