[Panards-dansants] Les Panards Dansants meet on 20 September

Dear all,

There's another great session of music and dance coming up at Les Panards on 
Thursday 20 September (details below).

Starting at 8pm there will be informal music and dancing. From about 9.30 pm 
musicians and dancers come together for dancing, singing and music.

During the interval we will be holding the Annual General Meeting. There is 
no formal agenda but we propose to include:

1. Providing reports on activities and finances from last year.

2. Seeking confirmation of current officers and volunteers/nominations for 
new ones (e.g. the following will be coming vacant - Secretary, Treasurer, 
Festival Box Office/Treasurer, and Festival Stewards Organiser).

3. Looking forward to the coming year (including preparations for the Otley 
festival in October and the short/long-term ambitions and future for the 
group).

As you are aware, the organising committee is quite small. It is always on 
the look out for new ideas and members, so is looking forward to lively and 
informed discussions across the whole range of issues on Thursday.

So, come along, enjoy the music and dancing and have your say at the AGM.
