Fancy putting a little Spring in your step?
Then the Panards Dansants music and dance session on Thursday 21 February could be just the thing.
 We’ll be meeting as usual from 8 pm onwards at St Michael’s Church Hall, St Michael's Road, Headingley  LS6 3AW
 We look forward to seeing you there.
 Future events for the diary
 
The next “Day of Dance” will be held in Saltaire on Saturday 10th May. We’re hoping to have both French and Breton sessions during the day. 
 
Sunday 13th July - Crayke village gala
 
Crayke is a village approximately 2 miles to the east of Easingwold off the A19.  Each year they hold a village gala event with a specific theme, the proceeds going to local organisations.  This year it was thought that a 'French' theme would be good as the gala takes place on 13 July, just before Bastille Day.  They are hoping to have a junior 'Tour de France', Can-Can dancers, Family Boules, snail racing (if they can find any), local teenage jugglers and various competitions etc.  The gala will start at 12pm and go on as long as it takes, usually to about 5/6pm.
 
Les Panards have been invited to take part to give the Gala a truly authentic French feel.  If any musicians or dancers are interested in going along please let me know via email at r_walshaw at hotmail.com .
